The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) home insulation rule requires the seller of a new home to provide information on the type, thickness, and R-value of the insulation that will be installed in each part of the house in every sales contract.

                                            Attic 2 x12 Rafters       R-45
                                            Basement Walls          R-25.5
 
These Energy Saving Sepecifications can be added to any home of your choice.
 
Also included are LED Bulbs -  A LED bulb can last up to 50,000 hours compared with a CFL's 6,000 to 12,000 hours and an incandescent bulb's 1,000 to 2,000 hours.  A quality LED bulb used four hours a day will last 34 years.
