HOME BUYER IS ...........  WHAT DO YOU CHARGE PER SQUARE FOOT?

A DIFFICULT QUESTION FOR ANY BUILDER TO ANSWER!

       Your cost can vary from a low end of $70/sq. ft. to $140/Sq. Ft.   The $70/sq. ft. cost would be for a basic home with standard specifications.  The square foot cost would increase with the following changes:  full basement, garage (s), higher quality structural specifications, roof pitches, window selections, ceramic tile, hard wood floors, fireplaces, custom kitchens and counter tops and any other options or upgrades you want in your new home.

       All new homebuyers have a "wish list" for their new home and the options or upgrades that they choose for their home are added costs to the builder and the buyer with the end result being an added dollar cost per square foot to construct.

       In order to quote a square foot price, the builder needs to know your request on all building specifications.  You tell us all that is on your "wish list" and we will respond with a very close cost to build your home.

       We will give you a breakdown on every option/upgrade that you choose so that you can determine what fits into your budget.
